Terms of Use

Last updated: 2026-10-22. These terms apply to the Leadwolf app by Fabian Faraz Farid (see Imprint). Apple's terms (App Store or TestFlight and the Standard End User License Agreement) also apply to downloading and installing. The German version is legally binding.

1. What Leadwolf is

Leadwolf helps several cars drive together: it shows a pack's cars on a map, guides you to a destination or to another car and sends short messages. The app is free during the beta. Features may change or be temporarily unavailable.

2. Drive safely

  • Traffic law, road signs and actual traffic conditions always take precedence over the app.
  • As the driver, only use your iPhone as the law allows. Search and messages are meant for passengers.
  • Routes, travel times and positions may be inaccurate or delayed. Don't rely on the app alone.

3. Account

You sign in with Apple and can delete your account in the app at any time.

4. Fair use

Only share locations with people who agree to it. You may not track others without their knowledge, disrupt the service, circumvent encryption or access control, or use Leadwolf for unlawful purposes. Violations may lead to blocked access.

5. Liability

I am liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health and under the Product Liability Act. For slight negligence I am liable only for breach of essential obligations and limited to typical, foreseeable damage. Liability is otherwise excluded.

6. Changes

I may update these terms, for example when new features arrive. I'll announce significant changes in the app or on this page.

7. Law

German law applies. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
